Hubtype ayuda a grandes y medianas organizaciones a automatizar y mejorar la experiencia de cliente a través de canales conversacionales: WhatsApp, webchat y chat in-app. Somos proveedor oficial de Meta WhatsApp Business Solution, el primero en conseguir esta certificación en España, y nuestros clientes incluyen aerolíneas, bancos, aseguradoras y retailers en Europa y LATAM.

El rol

Este es un rol 100% outbound para el mercado español. Buena parte de tu tiempo estará dedicado al sector de autodesguaces, donde ya tenemos tracción y hay cerca de 1.300 cuentas objetivo, pero no es lo único que vas a trabajar: en paralelo irás cogiendo otras cuentas y sectores outbound según vayan apareciendo oportunidades.

El resto de Hubtype trabaja mayoritariamente con leads inbound. Este rol es la excepción. Buscamos a alguien cómodo con la llamada en frío como actividad principal, no como último recurso.

Qué harás

  • Llamadas en frío diarias, con foco principal (aunque no único) en el sector de autodesguaces en España.
  • Mapear las cerca de 1.300 cuentas del sector desguaces: identificar quién decide (dueño, gerente) y el estado de cada cuenta.
  • Construir y ejecutar secuencias de seguimiento (llamada, email, LinkedIn) hasta conseguir respuesta.
  • Trabajar otras cuentas y sectores outbound en paralelo, según capacidad y las oportunidades que vayan surgiendo.
  • Agendar reuniones cualificadas para el equipo de Account Executives en España.
  • Mantener el CRM (Salesforce) actualizado: estado de cada cuenta, próximos pasos, motivo de descarte si aplica.
  • Contribuir puntualmente a contenido en LinkedIn que apoye la prospección, aunque el foco principal del rol es la llamada.

Requirements

Lo que buscamos

Experiencia

  • No necesitas venir de SaaS, pero sí necesitas haber prospectado o vendido por teléfono antes. La llamada en frío no se improvisa, y queremos ver que ya la conoces.
  • Experiencia en contact center (Concentrix, Teleperformance o similar) cuenta como experiencia de venta telefónica válida. Si has trabajado ahí, ya sabes lo que es sostener el teléfono todo el día.

Competencias

  • Cómodo con la llamada en frío. No hay atajo aquí, este rol vive del teléfono.
  • Español nativo. Comunicación clara y cercana, capaz de generar confianza en el primer minuto de llamada.
  • Organización y disciplina para trabajar en remoto, con objetivos claros de llamadas, reuniones agendadas y cuota.
  • Resiliencia. Vas a escuchar 'no' muchas más veces que 'sí', y necesitas seguir marcando el siguiente número igual de bien.
  • Curiosidad comercial. Capaz de aprender rápido el negocio de un desguace y adaptar el discurso según con quién hables.

Plus valorados

  • Catalán o francés a nivel C1/C2, no nivel básico ni conversacional. Entre CVs similares, nos quedamos con el candidato con mayor profundidad de idioma.
