  • Analyze user problems or inquiries that were previously managed by 1st Line support and remain unresolved.
  • Ensure thorough follow-through to resolution within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Deliver excellent customer service, enabling users to continue working effectively.
  • Instill customer confidence by demonstrating understanding of their issues, maintaining prompt communication, and driving issues to satisfactory resolution.
  • Perform root cause analysis where possible and collaborate with other teams to suggest satisfactory problem resolutions.
  • Support users across Microsoft cloud technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Exchange Online, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
  • Propose changes and service improvements as needed.
  • Stay informed about changes within the IT environment.
  • Adhere to local and regional IT operational standards.
  • Contribute to the Knowledge Base by creating new articles and updating existing ones.
  • Work assigned shifts between 08:00–24:00, with the flexibility to work from home or office.

  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
  • Basic awareness of Microsoft Intune and Azure environments is advantageous.
  • PowerShell scripting and Windows Server Administration are desirable skills.
  • Experience working with applications used by legal firms, including time capture, document comparison, and legal information systems.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
