Estamos buscando un/a Senior Account Executive para Base México

En Base, nuestra misión es potenciar a los emprendedores de e-commerce . Somos una plataforma de tecnología que transforma la manera en que miles de vendedores online gestionan sus operaciones — con integraciones líderes como MercadoLibre, Amazon, Liverpool, Shopify, Tiendanube y más.

Somos una de las plataformas de mayor crecimiento del sector: 15x en los últimos 3 años, con presencia de Europa a Latinoamérica.

Responsibilities

  • Gestionar el ciclo completo de ventas (discovery → demo → propuesta → cierre)
  • Ejecutar discovery calls profundas (negocio, operación, impacto económico)
  • Construir y manejar pipeline propio (inbound + outbound)
  • Coordinar con equipos de implementación y producto
  • Manejar múltiples stakeholders (operaciones, tech, finanzas)
  • Mantener control del deal (next steps, follow-ups, cierre)

Requirements

  • 3–6+ años en ventas B2B (ideal SaaS)
  • Experiencia cerrando deals mid-market / enterprise
  • Background en logística, e-commerce, fintech o integraciones (ideal)
  • Fuerte capacidad de discovery y manejo de objeciones
  • Experiencia usando CRM (HubSpot)
  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado

  • Haber trabajado con soluciones técnicas / APIs
  • Uso de LinkedIn Sales Navigator / Apollo
