Wir suchen am Standort München oder Berlin eine:n Senior Account Manager:in (w/m/d) befristet auf 18 Monate zur Unterstützung unseres Client Service-Teams.

Wir sorgen für Ideen, über die es sich zu reden lohnt. Wir verstehen soziale Verhaltensweisen innerhalb von Online-Communities, Kulturen und Subkulturen, die sich über die gesamte soziale und Gaming-Landschaft erstrecken. Zu den Auftraggebern in Deutschland zählen unter anderen AUDI AG, Ravensburger, Hyundai Deutschland, Mercedes Benz Trucks und VW Financial Services. We Are Social ist Teil der Plus Company.

Als Senior Account Manager:in bist du als Teil des Client Service-Teams der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Kund:innen.

Requirements

Was beinhaltet die Rolle?

  • Strategische Kund:innenberatung und Kund:innenführung mit Schwerpunkt Social-Media-Kommunikation
  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung von Kund:innenprojekten auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene
  • Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Konzeption von Kampagnen mit und für unseren Kund:innen
  • Umsetzung der Kampagnen und Begleitung von Content-Produktionen
  • Erarbeitung von Handlungsempfehlungen und Trendanalysen
  • Verantwortung für das Budgetcontrolling und die Qualitätskontrolle von Kund:innenprojekten
  • Mitarbeit bei Pitches

Wonach suchen wir?

  • Mindestens 3-5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Agenturkontext, idealerweise mit digitalem Fokus / Social Media / Online-PR
  • Leidenschaft für das Thema Social Media
  • Hohe Beratungskompetenz und Projektmanagementskills
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-On-Mentalität für die Arbeit in in einem kleinen aber feinen Team
  • Sehr strukturierte sowie eigenverantwortliche und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Spaß an der Arbeit im Team
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Darüber hinaus sind wir große Fans von Remote Arbeit. Deswegen hast du bei uns die Möglichkeit 20 Tage innerhalb Deutschlands und weitere 20 Tage innerhalb Europas remote zu arbeiten. Wenn du also kein großer Fan des Deutschen Winters bist, join us und du kannst diese Zeit in Portugal oder Griechenland genießen.
