Job Summary:

The Senior Account Manager, based in Athens, will responsible for high-level Business Development in promoting integrated IT solutions in the Public Sector.

What You Will Do:

  • · Promote the integrated high-tech innovative solutions to existing and new customers in the public sector.
  • · Identify and grow opportunities within Public Sector customers and channels in order to develop sales opportunities.
  • · Monitor until the conclusion of the agreement and the implementation of the project.
  • · Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • · Organize and conduct company presentations and solutions.
  • · Forecast management, and timely closure of opportunities.
  • · Achieve assigned order booking targets.
  • · Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers.
  • · Prepare and submit the Tenders / proposals in cooperation with our Bidding team.
  • · Maintain account and opportunity information within CRM and in other sales reports and updates for senior management.
  • · Partner with legal, presales, marketing, project implementation, administration, and other functions to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction for all customer requests.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table:

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • · Bachelor's degree in business or engineering is required.
  • · Minimum of 2 years' proven work experience in similar position in the public sector.
  • · Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • · Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and goals.
  • · Excellent skills in all aspects of planning, cross-group collaboration, analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
  • · Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • · Target oriented and highly self-motivated.
