Dans le cadre de la structuration de la fonction Achats, DataOne recherche un Senior Category Manager EMEA. Rattaché au Directeur des Achats, vous pilotez la construction, catégorie cœur, et un sous-ensemble des catégories capex EMEA attribué selon votre expertise (électrique HT/BT, mécanique et cooling, énergie et secours, services et indirects). Vous encadrez les acheteurs opérationnels qui exécutent le flux transactionnel, et en phase de démarrage vous traitez vous-même le flux avant de déléguer à mesure des recrutements. Basé en France, vous restez proche des projets EMEA et des fournisseurs stratégiques. Le périmètre exact des catégories est arrêté avec le Directeur des Achats à l'entrée.

Responsabilité du poste :

  • Piloter la stratégie de catégorie sur votre périmètre : plan de catégorie, panel fournisseurs, should-cost et accords-cadres, en priorité sur la construction.
  • Lancer les consultations (RFQ) avec un second devis systématique, sans exception, et négocier prix, conditions et délais, en particulier sur les longs délais.
  • Encadrer les acheteurs opérationnels : répartir la charge, suivre la performance, poser le périmètre individuel de chaque acheteur, sans lead informel.
  • Garantir l'application des contrôles internes par l'équipe : pas de commande sans demande validée, pas de paiement sans commande et réception, pas d'auto-approbation.
  • Faire monter l'équipe en compétence et en catégorie, assurer l'onboarding, et recruter les acheteurs avec le Directeur des Achats au fil de la montée en charge.
  • Identifier et qualifier des fournisseurs de premier plan, mener les négociations, piloter les audits et le suivi de performance fournisseurs.
  • Sécuriser la supply chain : anticiper les besoins équipements, réduire les risques de source unique, développer des stratégies de double sourcing.
  • Contribuer à la digitalisation des achats via Odoo, tenir la donnée à jour et suivre les KPIs (savings, délais, tenue du budget).
  • Collaborer avec l'engineering sur les spécifications techniques et le project management sur les gates projet.
  • Faire remonter au bon niveau : toute action ou communication qui sort de l'équipe achats passe par le Directeur des Achats en amont.

Requirements

Ce que nous recherchons:

  • Minimum 10 ans en achats industriels, idéalement biens d'équipement, datacenters ou construction industrielle lourde (environnements critiques), avec une vraie expérience de la construction.
  • Expérience confirmée de management et de développement d'une équipe d'acheteurs opérationnels.
  • Capacité à piloter une ou plusieurs catégories techniques (construction, électrique, mécanique et cooling, énergie) au niveau should-cost et challenge fournisseur.
  • Maîtrise de la segmentation Kraljic, du TCO et de la revue de contrats techniques complexes (accord-cadre, pénalités de retard, garanties).
  • Capacité à lire une spécification de génie civil, électrique ou MEP et à challenger un should-cost.
  • Achats de projet en environnement capex, gestion des longs délais et Incoterms.
  • Maîtrise d'un ERP achats, Odoo un plus.
  • Français et anglais courants (échanges EMEA et fournisseurs internationaux).
  • Autonomie senior et sens politique : navigue un environnement multi-acteurs sans empiéter et fait remonter au bon niveau.
  • Ownership et exemplarité managériale : porte ses dossiers de bout en bout, pose et tient le cadre pour son équipe.
