Support agile delivery processes including sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, and issue resolution. Maintain clear documentation of assumptions, business rules, model logic, and operational processes. Data Analytics & Reporting Build analytical models, dashboards, and reporting tools using Python, R, and Excel. Analyse key insurance and actuarial performance metrics, including claims experience, lapse rates, profitability, and pricing adequacy. Perform data extraction, cleansing, validation, and analysis from multiple data sources. Execute testing and validation of actuarial and financial calculation engines, including API-based testing. Prepare clear management reports and presentations that communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Stakeholder & Client Engagement Participate in client meetings, workshops, product reviews, and solution discussions. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
