We're looking for an experienced professional to help lead and grow our Rare Disease service offering as Costello Medical continues to expand. This includes developing innovative approaches to overcome the unique challenges working within rare and ultra-rare diseases. Our work covers a range of client accounts, disease areas and technologies.

Alongside project delivery, you will contribute to the development of long‑term client partnerships and support business development initiatives. This includes leading and contributing to project proposals and pitches, identifying opportunities to expand our work with existing clients, and exploring potential new client accounts to support the continued growth of our Rare Disease offering. Hybrid Working Policy: We believe that having face-to-face time in the office holds many benefits and is central to ensuring that the community we have created, where people have a workplace they belong to and feel part of, is never lost. Therefore, we offer flexible working arrangements that allow our colleagues who have passed probation to work from home for up to half of the time, measured across a 2-week rolling period. During your probationary period (normally the first 6 months of the role), you will be able to work from home for 1 day per week.

Your CV should clearly state the dates of all qualifications and grades achieved where applicable.

Our recruitment process includes a telephone interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team and an assessment for you to complete in your own time. If successful, you will be invited to an interview which will include a short presentation that you can prepare for in advance. Our standard recruitment process lasts around 1 month, however; this can be adapted if necessary.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
