Das erwartet dich

  • Begleitung des gesamten Projektablaufes von der Analyse, über die Strategieentwicklung bis hin zur Umsetzung
  • Eigenverantwortliche Führung von Projektsträngen und Aufgabenpaketen
  • Selbstständige Konzeption und operative Durchführung von Analysen
  • Ableitung von Implikationen der Analyseergebnisse und Überführung in Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Erarbeitung von Lösungskonzepten bis hin zu innovativen Geschäftsmodellen
  • Vorbereitung, Organisation und Durchführung von Terminen und Workshops bei Klient*innen sowie deren Dokumentation
  • Erstellung qualitativ hochwertiger Präsentationen und entscheidungsrelevanter Dokumente und deren Präsentation bei Klient*innen
  • Vorantreiben von Akquisitionstätigkeiten, Thought Leadership-Themen und New Business-Aktivitäten

Das bringst du mit

  • Einen überdurchschnittlich guten Diplom- oder Masterabschluss im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften/ Marketing vor
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marketing und/ oder Management Consulting
  • Erste Teilprojektleitungs- und Führungserfahrung in Strategieprojekten im Marketing-Kontext, funktionales Expertenwissen und erste Erfolge in der Gewinnung und Bindung von Kund*innen
  • Ausgeprägte Problemlösungs-, Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamgeist
  • Einen ausgeprägten Pionier- und Unternehmergeist sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Empathie im Umgang mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamgeist
  • Exzellente analytische Fähigkeiten, kreatives Denkvermögen und strukturiertes Vorgehen
  • Begeisterung für Marketing- und Innovationsthemen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch-, Englisch (in Wort und Schrift) sowie MS-Office-Kenntnisse
