Genau dafür suche ich für ein renommiertes, interdisziplinäres Beratungshaus in Stuttgart eine:n Senior Associate/Counsel (m/w/d) im Immobilienrecht: eine Rolle mit echtem Gestaltungsspielraum, sichtbarer Mandatsverantwortung und einem Umfeld, in dem Entwicklung aktiv fördert. Eine Partnerschaftsperspektive ist realistisch vorhanden, wenn das dein Ziel ist und es ebenso selbstverständlich ist, dass du auch dann voll anerkannt bist, wenn du Partnerschaft bewusst nicht in den Fokus stellst.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Lead-Beratung bei komplexen Immobilientransaktionen und Commercial-Real-Estate-Projekten
  • Strukturierung, Verhandlung und Steuerung von Vertragswerken (Deal-/Projekt-Setup)
  • Sparring für Mandant:innen auf Entscheider-Ebene, teils international (Englisch)
  • Schnittstellensteuerung mit angrenzenden Disziplinen (u. a. steuerlicher Bezug)
  • Know-how-Transfer, Coaching von Associates; perspektivisch Aufbau/Weiterentwicklung eines Schwerpunkts

Requirements

  • 5+ Jahre Erfahrung im Real Estate (Transaktionen/Commercial), hohe Drafting- und Verhandlungsaffinität
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Beratungspragmatismus, sichere Mandantenführung
  • Sehr gutes Englisch, souveränes Auftreten
  • Lust auf Mentoring und fachliche Weiterentwicklung im Team
  • Die Idee Hochleistung und Menschlichkeit in Einklang zu bringen
