Nous recherchons un(e) Senior Associate (F/H) pour rejoindre notre département Global Securitisation Services (GSS), composé de plusieurs professionnels, au sein de l’équipe Back-Up Servicing (BUS) basée à Alger, Algérie.

Reconnue par ses clients et prescripteurs comme un acteur de référence sur son marché, l’équipe BUS poursuit son développement et recherche son(sa) futur(e) Associate pour travailler en étroite collaboration avec nos Directeurs, Managers et Senior Associates dans un environnement dynamique et entrepreneurial. Vous contribuerez activement au développement d’une practice de Deal Advisory de premier plan en Algérie et en Europe.

À ce titre, vous interviendrez aux côtés des différentes parties prenantes (entreprises, banques d’investissement françaises et internationales, autres financeurs et cabinets d’avocats) afin d’accompagner la structuration, la mise en œuvre et le suivi d’opérations de financement complexe adossé à des actifs.

Principales responsabilités:

En tant que Senior Associate, vous serez impliqué(e) dans la préparation de plans opérationnels et de vérifications indépendantes pour le compte des entreprises et banques d’investissement, avec pour missions principales:

  • Réaliser des analyses sur le portefeuille d’actifs financés ou à financer
  • Comprendre le modèle économique des entreprises bénéficiaires du financement, analyser leurs procédures opérationnelles relatives notamment à la gestion et la revente des actifs financés, et synthétiser ces informations dans un rapport à destination des banques d’investissement souhaitant évaluer leur risque
  • Réaliser des analyses et tests de détail sur les actifs financés et les fichiers de financement afin de garantir la fiabilité des données servant de base au financement et la conformité des processus
  • Agir en tant que second point de contact lors des réunions et des échanges avec les parties prenantes du financement, en apportant un soutien sur les aspects techniques et analytiques des projets
  • Assister les autres membres de l’équipe dans la réalisation des analyses et la préparation des rapports
  • Contribuer au développement commercial de l’équipe, à l’identification de nouvelles opportunités et à la réponse aux appels d’offres
  • Travailler dans un environnement international, avec la possibilité de déplacements en Algérie et à l’étranger (notamment en Europe)
  • Encadrer des Associates

Requirements

  • Diplômé(e) d’une école de commerce/ingénieur ou université (Bac +5 ou équivalent) avec une spécialisation en comptabilité, finance, gestion ou économie
  • Expérience préalable (1 à 2 ans d’expérience hors stages) en Audit, Transaction Services, Contrôle de Gestion, M&A ou Finance d’entreprise
  • Esprit d’analyse et attention aux détails, avec une approche rigoureuse et méthodique
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement collaboratif et à s’adapter aux nouveaux défis
  • Maîtrise d’Excel, compétences en gestion de projet, et capacité de rédaction de rapports en français et en anglais (niveau TOEIC 900+)
  • Niveau de français et anglais courant, à l’écrit comme à l’oral, la maîtrise d’une 3ème langue (espagnol, italien, allemand,..) est un plus
