Pomož nám rozšířit portfolio firem na českém a slovenském trhu 🇨🇿🇸🇰, které se starají o duševní zdraví zaměstnanců. Připoj se ke Kubovi a jeho B2B týmu jako náš nový Senior B2B Sales Consultant. 🤝

Co budeš mít na starost:

  • Akvizice nových B2B klientů na českém a slovenském trhu, navolávání outbound leadů, domlouvání schůzek (na začátku cca 60 % tvého času)
  • Vedení obchodních schůzek, příprava nabídek a uzavírání dealů (postupně 50 % času, jak se rozjedeš)
  • Práce s inbound leady z marketingu, follow-up, conversion
  • Spolupráce s client success týmem na hladkém onboardingu nových klientů
  • Tvorba strategie a využívání AI v každodenním prodejním procesu (sales pitche, research, follow-upy, automatizace)
  • Spolupráce s marketingem na custom sales materiálech a kampaních

Requirements

Co od tebe čekáme:

  • 2+ roky aktivního B2B prodeje s prokazatelnými výsledky (ideálně SaaS, startup nebo scaleup)
  • Umíš si jít za svým a uzavírat dealy jako profík
  • Máš výborné komunikační a vyjednávací schopnosti
  • Sebemotivace a orientace na výsledek jsou tvá druhá jména
  • Plynulá čeština/slovenština a angličtina (stačí B2)
  • Aktivní každodenní práce s AI nástroji (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity nebo podobné) pro research, přípravu pitchů, follow-upy a osobní efektivitu.

Nice to have:

  • Zkušenost s prodejem směrem k HR oddělením
  • Práce s Pipedrive nebo jiným CRM
  • Zkušenost s prodejem v regulovaném/citlivějším odvětví (healthcare, wellbeing, benefity)
  • Zkušenost s remote set-upem
