  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery to programme, budget and quality standards.
  • Undertake condition surveys and prepare technical reports on existing building stock.
  • Prepare and oversee tender documentation, contractor procurement and contract administration.
  • Lead client, contractor and stakeholder meetings, providing clear communication and project updates.
  • Carry out site inspections to monitor health and safety, quality and project progress.
  • Manage project finances, including fee forecasting and invoicing.

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Building Surveying.
  • MRICS or equivalent professional accreditation, or strong post-qualification experience in construction consultancy or industry.
  • Demonstrable experience of leading, mentoring or developing building surveying professionals, together with the ability to plan resources, manage competing priorities and maintain high standards of technical and commercial delivery. You will also be confident building client relationships and contributing to the growth of the London team.

This role requires you to have a full clean driving licence with access to your own vehicle, and will be subject to a DBS Enhanced check.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
