The posting

Inbox Business Technologies is seeking an experienced, Arabic-speaking Senior BCM Consultant to lead business continuity workstreams for a regulated telecommunications infrastructure client in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The engagement involves reviewing and refreshing a mature BCM program: updating governance documentation, validating the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) methodology, executing the BIA across multiple business sectors, developing sector-level Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), and aligning the wider BCM documentation set with the Communications, Space and Technology Commission (CST) Business Continuity Management Regulations and ISO 22301.

Employment Type: Full-time employment

Key Responsibilities

  • BIA facilitation: lead BIA introductory sessions, facilitation clinics and validation workshops with business sector representatives; review, challenge and validate departmental submissions; consolidate results to identify critical processes, recovery objectives (RTO, RPO, MAO), dependencies and single points of failure.
  • Business continuity planning: run recovery strategy workshops and develop sector-level BCPs on the client's templates, covering roles, activation and escalation protocols, recovery procedures and communications.
  • Governance and methodology: contribute to gap assessments of the BCM Framework and BIA methodology against ISO 22301, CST BCM regulatory requirements and regulator audit findings; draft tracked-change updates and compliance traceability matrices.
  • Artefact alignment: review and update crisis management and communication plans, emergency response plans, IT DR plan templates and regulator readiness response templates (e.g. Hajj and Ramadan) for consistency with the updated framework and plans.
  • Exercising and training: design and facilitate role-based BCM training and tabletop exercises and prepare post-exercise reports with remediation actions.
  • Stakeholder engagement: work directly with sector heads, process owners, BC coordinators and the client's BCM function; build ownership so that plans are used by the business after handover.
  • Quality and reporting: ensure deliverables meet agreed acceptance criteria at first submission; contribute to weekly status reports and steering committee materials.
  • Bid support: participate in client presentations and team assessment interviews as a proposed named team member.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Information Technology, Risk Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 6–8 years of BCM experience, including hands-on delivery of BIAs and BCPs end to end.
  • Recognized business continuity certification, such as BCI CBCI / MBCI, DRII CBCP / MBCP, or ISO 22301 Lead Implementer.
  • Business-level fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written), with the ability to facilitate workshops in either language.
  • Proven experience delivering BCM engagements in regulated telecommunications or critical infrastructure environments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Working knowledge of the CST Business Continuity Management Regulations and ISO 22301, ISO 22313 and ISO/TS 22317.
  • Strong workshop facilitation skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent report-writing skills, including policy, methodology and plan documentation.
  • Available to work for the full duration of the engagement.
  • Experience addressing regulator audit findings and BCM maturity assessments in KSA.
  • Experience with crisis management, emergency response and IT disaster recovery documentation.
  • Experience designing and facilitating tabletop exercises (ISO 22398).
  • Familiarity with enterprise risk management frameworks and aligning BIA impact scales with ERM.
  • Additional certifications such as ISO 22301 Lead Auditor, CRISC or PMP.
  • Structured, analytical thinking with attention to detail and consistency.
  • Ability to challenge business inputs constructively and drive decisions.
  • Ownership of quality and deadlines in a fast-paced, fixed-schedule engagement.
  • Cultural awareness and professional presence in client-facing settings.
  • Team player who can coach junior consultants and work with remote support staff.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
