The Senior Business Development Manager at Deewan is a crucial role within the Enterprise Sales department winning new business and expanding relationships with existing clients to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. This position involves hunting, cold calling and using your networks to win new clients. It is also managing and retaining clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. The Senior Business Development Manager works closely with clients to understand their business objectives and align Deewan’s solutions accordingly, ensuring a partnership that supports and enhances the clients' strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hunt and acquire new enterprise clients across target sectors
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and enterprise clients
  • Partner with leading organizations across banking, fintech, government, healthcare, education, OTT, and more

This is a senior individual contributor role focused on new business development, not people management.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5–7 years of proven new business development experience in CPaaS, SaaS, Cloud Communications, or Telecommunications
  • Strong existing network and a track record of winning enterprise clients in the Saudi market
  • Experience engaging and influencing C-level decision-makers
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Currently based in Riyadh — the role is fully onsite.
  • Business Arabic and English is a MUST

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.ommunications, or a related field.
