  • Achieve agreed sales and new business growth targets.

Strategic Relationship Building

  • Establish relationships with decision-makers, influencers and key stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, exhibitions and networking forums.
  • Develop business opportunities with installers, integrators, commercial partners and other key participants within the UK security market.

CRM Documentation, Reporting & Internal Collaboration

  • Ensure full and accurate documentation of all activities in the CRM system (meetings, opportunities, quotations, forecasts, follow-ups, etc.).
  • Maintain updated sales pipeline and forecasting data.
  • Provide regular performance, customer insights, account updates, market feedback, competitive insights and activity reports to management.
  • Work closely with Sales Engineers to deliver effective technical solutions during the sales process.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to maximize lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure seamless customer handover to Account Management following onboarding

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of successful new business sales experience within UK electronic industry, with a strong network and deep market knowledge – mandatory.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding new business sales targets.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and deal closure.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
