MARC for Medical Services and Scientific Research is an integrative research center that aims to advance science by conducting research in interdisciplinary disease areas. Our goal is to conduct high-priority and ethical basic, preclinical and clinical research, bridging the gap between science and community to improve health and quality of life.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and talented Senior Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and execute business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships and follow up on leads and opportunities.
  • Prepare and coordinate quotations, commercial proposals, and tenders.
  • Prepare, review, and follow up on contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Support marketing activities, including market research, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
  • Prepare marketing and media materials, presentations, company profiles, and promotional content.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely responses to client requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, quotations, contracts, and business development activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related role.
  • Experience in BE/CRO, pharmaceutical, clinical research, healthcare, or related industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent business writing and proposal preparation skills.
  • Good understanding of commercial processes, quotations, contracts, and client management.
