Juárez, Chih., este puesto presencial es vital para optimizar nuestras operaciones de compras y garantizar el abastecimiento estratégico de bienes y servicios. Como Comprador Senior, liderará la evaluación de proveedores, la negociación de contratos y el desarrollo de alianzas con proveedores que se alineen con nuestros objetivos operativos.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Gestión de Proveedores: Mantener y gestionar las relaciones con los proveedores, supervisando su desempeño según los acuerdos establecidos.
  • Evaluación de Proveedores: Identificar y evaluar a los proveedores según criterios como calidad, precio y cumplimiento de entregas.
  • Negociación de Contratos: Negociar contratos y precios con proveedores seleccionados para asegurar condiciones favorables.
  • Colaboración: Colaborar con diversos departamentos internos para garantizar que las estrategias de compras satisfagan las necesidades de la organización.
  • Investigación de Mercado: Realizar análisis de mercado para mantenerse a la vanguardia e informar sobre las estrategias de abastecimiento.
  • Documentación: Asegurar el mantenimiento meticuloso de las órdenes de compra y los registros de compras.

Requirements

Requisitos para el puesto de Comprador Senior:

Educación: Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Gestión de la Cadena de Suministro o un campo afín.

Experiencia: Mínimo de 5 años en compras, adquisiciones o administración de contratos.

Habilidades: Dominio de la negociación y la gestión de proveedores.

Habilidades analíticas: Sólidas capacidades analíticas para evaluar las ofertas de los proveedores y tomar decisiones informadas.

Comunicación: Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación para una colaboración eficaz.

Habilidades organizativas: Capacidad para priorizar tareas y gestionar múltiples proyectos de adquisiciones simultáneamente.

Conocimiento del sector: Conocimiento de las mejores prácticas de adquisiciones y las tendencias del mercado.
