Ouverte en 2022, notre entité intervient dans les services financiers, l’énergie et les utilities, le transport et la mobilité, l’assurance et le secteur public : là où la conformité n’est pas optionnelle et où l’échec n’est pas permis. Vous rejoignez notre axe Technologies & Engineering.

Le contexte Au sein de notre équipe, vous intervenez pour une administration publique luxembourgeoise. Elle conduit un programme pluriannuel d’interconnexion de ses systèmes avec des plateformes européennes, en application d’un règlement de l’Union. Vous êtes la référence fonctionnelle d’une équipe Adservio de sept consultants.

Votre mission Vous traduisez les besoins métier en spécifications claires, testables et comprises par toute l’équipe de développement.

Analyse des besoins

  • Vous analysez les processus métier et recueillez les besoins des utilisateurs
  • Vous instruisez les demandes de changement et en mesurez l’impact

Spécification et modélisation

  • Vous rédigez les spécifications fonctionnelles et les modèles qui les accompagnent
  • Vous êtes l’interlocuteur fonctionnel de l’équipe de développement et du client

Tests et recette

  • Vous rédigez les scénarios de test et prenez une part active aux tests
  • Vous accompagnez le client pendant la recette

Votre profil Vous savez écrire une spécification qu’un développeur peut coder et qu’un testeur peut vérifier.

Ce qui est indispensable

  • Au moins 7 ans d’expérience en informatique, dont 5 ans comme analyste
  • Au moins 2 ans de rédaction de spécifications fonctionnelles et 1 an de scénarios de test et de tests fonctionnels
  • Une pratique de la modélisation UML et de la modélisation des données
  • Un diplôme de niveau Bachelor minimum en informatique, ou équivalent
  • Une disponibilité à temps plein sur une mission pluriannuelle basée à Luxembourg, avec télétravail partiel selon les règles du client

Ce qui fait la différence

  • La modélisation des processus en BPMN et la connaissance des architectures REST et des bases de données relationnelles
  • Habitué(e) à travailler dans un environnement Java / Spring Boot et Angular
  • Une expérience d’analyse sur des programmes européens coordonnés par l’agence eu-LISA

Langues Requis : français C1 (écrit, oral, compréhension), anglais B2 (écrit et compréhension) · Atout : français C2, luxembourgeois B2 (oral), allemand B2 (compréhension)
