The posting

Adservio Luxembourg Adservio Luxembourg is the Luxembourg arm of Adservio Group, 300+ consultants across Paris, Brussels and Luxembourg, 15 years serving regulated industries. We opened in Luxembourg in 2022 and work across financial services, energy and utilities, transport and mobility, insurance and the public sector: wherever compliance is not optional and failure is not acceptable. You join our Technologies & Engineering team.

The context With our team, you work for an international organisation based in Luxembourg, on the network security infrastructure that protects its sensitive and classified systems. The environment runs under strict security accreditation rules. The organisation expects more than run: it needs engineers who design, configure and implement, not only operate.

Your mission You make the organisation's network perimeter and access controls stronger, change after change.

Build and implement

  • You design and configure firewall policies and network segmentation.
  • You deploy network access control and load-balancing configurations, from design to go-live.

Run and improve

  • You handle complex incidents and changes at expert level, through to root cause.
  • You keep configurations aligned with security standards and remove drift.

Document and secure

  • You document architectures, configurations and procedures to the level that security accreditation requires.
  • You contribute to security reviews and share good practice with the client's teams.

Your profile

What is essential

  • 5+ years in network security engineering, with hands-on configuration and implementation, beyond operations.
  • Hands-on expertise on Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Cisco ISE and F5.
  • A valid NATO SECRET security clearance, held today.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in network engineering, computer science or cybersecurity.

What makes the difference

  • Vendor certifications such as PCNSE, Fortinet NSE, CCNP Security or F5 Certified Administrator.
  • Experience in classified or accredited environments.

Languages Required: English, fluent · Asset: French

What you'll find with us

  • A tribe of senior peers. You join our infrastructure and cybersecurity tribe: peer reviews, shared technology watch, and engineers who hold the same bar.
  • Expertise as a recognised status. Our Subject Matter Experts are named as such, and fellow consultants and clients across the group call on them.
  • Regulated environments, across sectors. This assignment is anchored in one organisation, but our work runs across finance, energy, transport, insurance and the public sector, and good security patterns travel. You will not stay a single-sector engineer.
  • A practice still being built, with a clear path. Our Luxembourg office opened in 2022 and is taking shape now, backed by a group of 300+ consultants. What you help put in place becomes the way we work. Our grade framework includes an expert track for those who choose depth over management.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
