Σχεδιάζουμε και υλοποιούμε projects που συνδυάζουν στρατηγική, δημιουργικότητα, άρτια παραγωγή και 1st class υλοποίηση.

Αναζητούμε έναν/μία Senior Corporate Events Project Lead που μπορεί να μετατρέψει ένα brief σε ολοκληρωμένη πρόταση και να καθοδηγήσει την υλοποίηση σύνθετων corporate events.

Τι θα κάνεις

  • Μετατρέπεις briefs σε ολοκληρωμένα concept decks με καθαρή στρατηγική και δημιουργική κατεύθυνση
  • Σχεδιάζεις και παρουσιάζεις προτάσεις για μεγάλα corporate events (launches, conferences, internal events, brand experiences)
  • Έχεις συνολική ευθύνη project. Από το concept έως την παράδοση
  • Συνεργάζεσαι με creative, production και operations για να μεταφέρεις την ιδέα σε execution
  • Διαχειρίζεσαι budget, timelines και stakeholders με ακρίβεια
  • Παρουσιάζεις proposals σε πελάτες με σαφήνεια και αυτοπεποίθηση
  • Συμβάλλεις ενεργά στην ανάπτυξη νέων projects μέσα από υπάρχοντες και νέους πελάτες

Requirements

  • 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας σε agency ή event company
  • Εμπειρία σε σχεδιασμό και υλοποίηση corporate events μεγάλης κλίμακας
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών και AI εργαλείων
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office & ERP system
  • Ικανότητα δημιουργίας και παρουσίασης decks σε pitch επίπεδο
  • Κατανόηση experiential marketing και brand storytelling
  • Strong project ownership και decision making
  • Άριστη επικοινωνία και διαχείριση πελατών

Θα εκτιμηθεί

  • Εμπειρία σε FMCG, telecom ή μεγάλα brands
  • Εμπλοκή σε pitches και διαγωνιστικές διαδικασίες
  • Δίκτυο συνεργατών στον χώρο παραγωγής events
