Job overview

Vị trí đóng vai trò quan trọng trong việc phân tích dữ liệu nghiệp vụ, quy hoạch và quản lý tài sản dữ liệu phục vụ các PnL trong công ty. Ứng viên sẽ chịu trách nhiệm phân tích dữ liệu từ nhiều lĩnh vực nghiệp vụ, xác định nhu cầu, khoảng trống và định hướng quy hoạch dữ liệu; đồng thời tham gia phát triển các sản phẩm dữ liệu trọng điểm như Data Sharing và Data Product. Vị trí đóng vai trò quan trọng trong việc kết nối nhu cầu nghiệp vụ với dữ liệu, phối hợp với các PnL và các đội Data/IT để nâng cao khả năng khai thác và sử dụng dữ liệu.

Key Responsibilities:

  • · Phân tích dữ liệu và nghiệp vụ của các lĩnh vực/PnL khác nhau, xác định xu hướng, vấn đề, nhu cầu và cơ hội từ dữ liệu để hỗ trợ ra quyết định.
  • · Phân tích hiện trạng, nhu cầu và quy hoạch Data Asset, xác định Data Gap, Data Demand và các tài sản dữ liệu trọng yếu tại các PnL/Domain.
  • · Xây dựng và chuẩn hóa Data Asset, Metadata, KPI/Metric, Business Glossary và các tiêu chuẩn quản lý dữ liệu.
  • · Phối hợp với các PnL, Data Owner/Data Steward và các đội Data/IT để thu thập, cập nhật và quản lý Data Asset trên Central Data Portal.
  • · Đóng vai trò Product Owner/Business Analyst cho các sản phẩm dữ liệu: phân tích nhu cầu, xác định use case, xây dựng yêu cầu, quản lý backlog và phối hợp triển khai.
  • · Phối hợp phát triển và đưa vào sử dụng các sản phẩm dữ liệu như Data Sharing, Data Product.
  • · Theo dõi việc thực hiện quy hoạch dữ liệu, mức độ sử dụng Data Asset và sản phẩm dữ liệu tại các PnL; phân tích kết quả và đề xuất cải tiến.

Qualifications:

  • · Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Khoa học dữ liệu, Thống kê, Khoa học máy tính hoặc các ngành liên quan. Có bằng Thạc sĩ là một lợi thế.

Kinh nghiệm:

  • · Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực phân tích dữ liệu/Business Analytics, trong đó ít nhất 2 năm ở vị trí Senior hoặc Lead.
  • · Có kinh nghiệm phân tích dữ liệu tốt, khả năng phân tích nhiều lĩnh vực nghiệp vụ khác nhau và chuyển hóa kết quả phân tích thành insight, nhu cầu và định hướng dữ liệu.
  • · Có kinh nghiệm phân tích KPI, Data Asset, Data Requirement và nhu cầu dữ liệu của các Business Unit/PnL.
  • · Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với nhiều PnL/Domain, Business Stakeholder, Data Owner/Data Steward và các đội Data/IT.
  • · Có kinh nghiệm đảm nhiệm vai trò Product Owner/Business Analyst hoặc phát triển Data Product là một lợi thế lớn.
  • · Có kinh nghiệm triển khai Data Platform, Data Portal, Data Catalog hoặc Metadata Management là lợi thế.

Kiến thức kỹ thuật:

  • · Thành thạo SQL để truy vấn, xử lý và phân tích các tập dữ liệu lớn.
  • · Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng Power BI hoặc các công cụ BI tương tự trong phân tích và trực quan hóa dữ liệu.
  • · Hiểu biết sâu về mô hình dữ liệu, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Data Mart và quy trình ETL/ELT.
  • · Có kiến thức về Data Asset, Metadata, KPI/Metric, Business Glossary và Data Product.
  • · Có kiến thức về Python, Data Engineering hoặc các nền tảng điện toán đám mây (AWS, Azure, GCP) là một lợi thế.

Quản trị & Chất lượng Dữ liệu:

  • · Có kiến thức về quản lý Data Asset, Metadata, Data Quality và Data Lifecycle.
  • · Có khả năng xây dựng và áp dụng các tiêu chuẩn, quy trình quản lý và cập nhật Data Asset.
  • · Hiểu biết về Data Ownership, Data Stewardship, Data Access và các nguyên tắc bảo mật dữ liệu.
  • · Có kinh nghiệm với các nền tảng Data Catalog/Data Management như DataHub, Collibra, Atlan, Informatica là một lợi thế.

Kỹ năng mềm:

  • · Tư duy phân tích, tư duy hệ thống và khả năng giải quyết vấn đề tốt.
  • · Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, có khả năng trao đổi và chuyển hóa các vấn đề nghiệp vụ phức tạp thành yêu cầu dữ liệu rõ ràng.
  • · Có khả năng làm việc với nhiều PnL/Domain và điều phối các bên liên quan để triển khai kế hoạch dữ liệu.
  • · Có khả năng làm việc đa nhiệm, quản lý nhiều ưu tiên và chủ động thúc đẩy công việc đến kết quả.
  • · Tinh thần hợp tác, tư duy Product và khả năng cập nhật công nghệ, phương pháp mới trong lĩnh vực Data & AI.
