Ali Professional è alla ricerca di un/una Senior Data Scientist per un'importante realtà internazionale specializzata in ricerche di mercato e analisi dei consumatori.

La risorsa entrerà a far parte di un team data-driven e avrà un ruolo centrale nell'analisi, interpretazione e valorizzazione di grandi quantità di dati, trasformandoli in insight utili a supportare le decisioni strategiche dei clienti.

Responsabilità:

  • Sviluppare e implementare modelli statistici e di machine learning per l'analisi dei dati di mercato e dei comportamenti dei consumatori;
  • Analizzare dataset complessi e di grandi dimensioni, individuando trend, correlazioni e pattern rilevanti;
  • Tradurre i risultati delle analisi in insight di business chiari e azionabili;
  • Collaborare con team di ricerca, consulenza e business per definire metodologie analitiche e rispondere alle esigenze dei clienti;
  • Progettare e validare modelli predittivi e sistemi di segmentazione, classificazione e forecasting;
  • Contribuire alla definizione e al miglioramento di metodologie e strumenti di analisi quantitativa;
  • Presentare risultati e raccomandazioni a stakeholder interni ed esterni, rendendo comprensibili anche analisi complesse;
  • Supportare l'evoluzione dell'approccio data-driven dell'organizzazione, introducendo nuove tecniche, strumenti e best practice.

Requirements

Laurea magistrale in Data Science, Statistica, Matematica, Informatica, Economia quantitativa o discipline affini;

Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli di Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Business Analytics o affini;

Ottima conoscenza di Python e/o R e delle principali librerie per analisi dati e machine learning;

Solide competenze di statistica e modellazione predittiva;

Buona conoscenza di SQL e capacità di lavorare con database e dataset strutturati e non strutturati;

Esperienza con tecniche di machine learning, clustering, classificazione, regressione e forecasting;

Capacità di interpretare dati quantitativi e trasformarli in insight rilevanti per il business;

Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;

Approccio analitico, autonomia, curiosità e capacità di lavorare in team multidisciplinari.
