This position goes beyond traditional account management. You will serve as a strategic advisor to clients, using financial analysis, market research, healthcare data, and industry expertise to guide decisions and develop solutions to complex business challenges.

The ideal candidate brings a consulting mindset, strong executive presence, sophisticated negotiation skills, and experience working within the payer, provider, or government healthcare landscape. This individual should be equally comfortable analyzing complex data in Excel, presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders, conducting independent research, and leading high-level contract negotiations in a remote environment.

  • Confident communicating complex information to senior executives and decision-makers
  • Comfortable challenging assumptions, identifying opportunities, and developing creative solutions to complex problems
  • Experienced with healthcare carve-out structures, coding, methodologies, or related reimbursement and contracting concepts
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple sophisticated client relationships, negotiations, and strategic initiatives simultaneously

Job Summary

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
