Per storica realtà in provincia di Como, specializzata nella produzione di tessuti e foderami di alta qualità e parte di un primario Gruppo Industriale di settore, ricerchiamo un/a SENIOR DISPOSITORE DI TESSITURA.

Il Ruolo & l'Impatto in Azienda:

Inserita all'interno di un contesto produttivo snello e focalizzato (circa 20 dipendenti), la risorsa coprirà un ruolo cerniera e strategico nell'organizzazione del sito. A diretto riporto del Direttore di Stabilimento, sarà il punto di riferimento per la saturazione della sala telai, la puntualità delle consegne e il coordinamento della rete di terzisti.

Il candidato/a troverà un ecosistema software (LisaSuite) già perfettamente strutturato, avviato e ottimizzato, potendosi così concentrare al 100% sulla pianificazione, sulla gestione dei flussi tessili e sull'efficienza della produzione. Il ruolo prevede inoltre saltuarie trasferte di affiancamento e formazione presso la casa madre in Piemonte e lo stabilimento in Francia, per allineare le logiche operative di Gruppo e scambiare best practice.

Mansionario & Responsabilità:

  • Pianificazione della Sala Telai: Programmazione del piano di montaggio, assegnazione subbi, gestione delle armature e sequenze ottimali di tessitura.
  • Gestione della Filiera e dei Terzisti: Coordinamento quotidiano delle lavorazioni esterne in conto lavoro (orditura, tintoria di filato/pezza, finissaggio), monitorando tempistiche, flussi e qualità.
  • Monitoraggio Materie Prime & Rese: Controllo disponibilità filati (trama e ordito), calcolo delle rese teoriche ed effettive e contenimento degli scarti di produzione.
  • Avanzamento Ordini tramite ERP: Inserimento e tracciamento delle disposizioni di produzione sul gestionale aziendale.
  • Sinergia di Gruppo: Periodici momenti di confronto, affiancamento e formazione tecnica presso gli altri stabilimenti del Gruppo.

Requisiti Richiesti:

  • Esperienza consolidata (almeno 5-7 anni) come Dispositore / Programmatore di Produzione in contesti di tessitura ortogonale (la provenienza dal segmento foderami/abbigliamento costituisce un plus).
  • Profonda conoscenza delle dinamiche di tessitura, della gestione dei terzisti del distretto e della preparazione delle schede di lavorazione.
  • Competenze Gestionali / ERP di Produzione: Padronanza operativa dei software verticali per il settore tessile (es. LISA di Limonta Informatica, Datatex o AS/400 applicato alla gestione della produzione/disposizioni). Ricerchiamo un profilo nativo della produzione tessile: la posizione ha natura puramente gestionale/operativa e non prevede mansioni di sviluppo IT.
  • Attitudine di Fabbrica: Spiccata propensione al lavoro a contatto quotidiano con il reparto produttivo, la sala telai e i fornitori della filiera.
  • Disponibilità a saltuarie trasferte brevi (Piemonte e Francia) per fasi di affiancamento o allineamento di processo.
