Buscamos a un(a) profesional altamente resolutivo(a), con mentalidad de "hacer que las cosas sucedan", para brindar soporte integral a un emprendedor en serie con una trayectoria sobresaliente. Ha cofundado una empresa valuada en 350 millones de euros y actualmente lidera una startup nativa de IA en etapa de crecimiento.

Esta no es una posición tradicional de creación de contenido. Es un rol de ejecución estratégica, ideal para alguien que realmente disfrute el ecosistema de startups, la inteligencia artificial y el mundo de las inversiones.

Se trata de una posición full-time, 100% remota y de dedicación exclusiva.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Búsqueda de recursos y creación de una biblioteca de conocimiento: Investigar, recopilar, organizar y estructurar materiales de alto valor, como pitch decks originales, bases de datos de inversionistas, Term Sheets, LOIs (Cartas de Intención) y listas de verificación para procesos de due diligence.
  • Monitoreo del mercado: Dar seguimiento a fuentes clave para elaborar resúmenes estructurados sobre novedades y tendencias en inteligencia artificial, startups, venture capital (VC) y fintech.
  • Anonimización de documentos: Editar y preparar documentos reales de negocio eliminando información confidencial para que puedan utilizarse como materiales de referencia.
  • Soporte ejecutivo: Gestionar la correspondencia profesional por correo electrónico y coordinar la agenda del fundador, manteniendo una actitud proactiva y anticipándose a las necesidades.
  • Soporte administrativo: Apoyar en tareas operativas relacionadas con el vehículo de inversión y la fundación sin fines de lucro del fundador, incluyendo la gestión de proveedores y el procesamiento de facturas.
  • Gestión de comunidad y contenido: Administrar grupos de WhatsApp y Telegram, además de colaborar en la redacción de publicaciones para LinkedIn y newsletters basados en datos reales y experiencias personales.
  • Integración de Inteligencia Artificial: Utilizar activamente herramientas de IA con capacidades de automatización (Agentic AI), asistentes de investigación y otras soluciones de IA para optimizar los flujos de trabajo diarios.

Perfil

  • Bilingüe (Español e Inglés): Dominio fluido y comprobable de ambos idiomas.
  • Independiente y resolutivo(a): Capacidad para encontrar la información y los recursos necesarios sin requerir instrucciones detalladas, desenvolviéndose con éxito en entornos dinámicos y cambiantes.
  • Conocimiento del ecosistema Startup/VC: Familiaridad con conceptos como MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue), Term Sheets y rondas de inversión Serie A, o una fuerte motivación para aprenderlos rápidamente.
  • Alta ética profesional: Máxima discreción, confidencialidad y confiabilidad en el manejo de información sensible.
