Mit unserer Software verändern wir die Welt des Personalmanagements. Weg von einseitigen Hierarchien, hin zur Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe. Deshalb haben wir HeavenHR entwickelt - eine Plattform, bei der die Kollaboration im Mittelpunkt steht. Wir suchen Menschen, die mit uns die HR-Welt revolutionieren und digitalisieren wollen.

Aufgaben

  • Zusammen mit Deinen Kollegen kümmerst Du Dich um die Organisation der Buchhaltung in den Bereichen der Debitoren-, Kreditoren, Hauptbuchhaltung
  • Rechnungen stellen, Konten überwachen, Zahlungseingänge prüfen, eingehende Rechnungen prüfen
  • Unterstützung bei der digitalen Archivierung und Sortierung der Geschäftsunterlagen
  • Vorgänge im Mahn- und Inkassowesen bearbeiten
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für Fragen zu finanzrelevanten Themen von internen Kollegen
  • Berichte und Analysen bereitstellen, z.B. Cashflow-Planung, Berichte für Investoren

Anforderungen

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, relevante Weiterbildungen oder ein Bachelor Studium mit finanzwirtschaftlichen Hintergrund
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige, sorgfältige und analytische Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute MS-Excel Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit Google Suite
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Plus: DATEV Kenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse
