🏢 Job Summary:

The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as the primary HR and workforce partner for the company's onsite employees.

This role will work closely with employees, clients, Talent Acquisition, and leadership to support employee performance, engagement, retention, workforce needs, and overall service delivery.

The HRBP will provide both strategic and hands-on HR support for the onsite workforce.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

HR Business Partnership & Workforce Management

  • Partner with the Philippines Operations Head to align people strategies with business and workforce objectives.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle for the onsite workforce, from onboarding through offboarding.
  • Support workforce planning, headcount planning, staffing changes, deployment, and employee transitions.
  • Monitor workforce trends, identify people-related risks, and recommend solutions.

Employee Relations, Performance & Compliance

  • Manage employee relations, workplace concerns, investigations, disciplinary matters, and performance issues.
  • Partner with employees, leaders, and clients to address performance concerns and establish appropriate action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and employment requirements.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, employee concerns, and workplace practices.

Client & Staffing Partnership

  • Serve as a key HR contact for assigned clients regarding employee performance, workforce concerns, and staffing requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients, Talent Acquisition, and internal teams on replacements, staffing changes, deployment, and workforce needs.
  • Gather and communicate client feedback and ensure employee-related concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Support the resolution of client escalations involving employees and service delivery.

Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Drive employee engagement, recognition, culture-building, and retention initiatives for the onsite workforce.
  • Conduct employee check-ins and proactively identify concerns affecting morale, performance, or retention.
  • Support career development and employee growth initiatives.

HR Operations & Employee Support

  • Oversee HR administration for the onsite workforce, including attendance, leave, benefits coordination, payroll inputs, HR systems, and employee records.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of HR processes and employee documentation.
  • Coordinate with the coworking provider or relevant teams on workplace concerns affecting the employee experience.

HR Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor workforce metrics such as headcount, turnover, retention, attendance, performance, staffing status, and utilization.
  • Prepare HR and workforce reports and provide insights to the Philippines Operations Head.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, employee experience, workforce management, and service delivery.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT, and other functions to support business and workforce needs.

Requirements

💡 Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of progressive HR or People Operations experience, preferably with experience in an HR Business Partner, HR leadership, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR policies, employee relations, and HR best practices.
  • Experience in BPO, offshore staffing, professional services, or technology environments is preferred.
  • Experience supporting employees in a client-facing or staff augmentation environment is an advantage.
  • Strong experience in employee relations, performance management, talent management, and workforce planning.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and process improvement capabilities.
  • Ability to partner with leadership and employees on HR matters while balancing business and workforce needs.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
