  • Oversee the development, maintenance and delivery of detailed project programmes, ensuring key milestones and completion dates are achieved.
  • Act as the primary interface with the client, building strong relationships and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, specialist contractors, equipment manufacturers and suppliers to ensure quality, performance and programme requirements are met.
  • Provide technical leadership and oversight across all HV substation works, including transformers, switchgear, protection systems, control systems and associated infrastructure.
  • Drive procurement activities, ensuring long-lead equipment and critical materials are secured in line with project schedules.
  • Lead risk identification, mitigation planning and issue resolution to minimise project delays and commercial exposure.
  • Chair regular project review meetings and provide accurate reporting on safety, commercial performance, programme status, risks and opportunities to senior management and the client.
  • Ensure all construction, testing, commissioning and energisation activities are executed in accordance with project specifications, applicable standards and client requirements.
  • Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement whilst mentoring and developing project team members to achieve high-performance delivery.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
