Wil jij jouw expertise inzetten om complexe software-implementaties binnen de verzekeringsbranche tot een succes te maken? Dan ben jij de ideale kandidaat voor ons! In deze senior rol combineer je technische expertise met consultancy en werk je direct samen met onze klanten. Bij Keylane hebben we twee business lines: Verzekeringen en Pensioenen. Deze rol is specifiek voor onze Insurance (P&C) business line, die actief is in de Benelux, DACH (Duitsland) en Noorwegen. Je solliciteert voor één van deze regio’s.

Key about your role

In deze rol als Senior Implementatie Consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol implementeren en configureren van onze Axon-software in samenwerking met onze klanten. Je vertaalt bedrijfs- en klantvraagstukken naar concrete systeemvereisten en oplossingen binnen Axon, waarbij je zorgt dat deze voldoen aan de Keylane best practices en kwaliteitsnormen.

Je analyseert complexe problemen in zowel test- als productieomgevingen en vergelijkt deze met de systeemdocumentatie. Dit helpt je om proactief advies te geven en ondersteuning te bieden, niet alleen aan je eigen team en interne stakeholders, maar ook aan onze klanten, waarbij je hen begeleidt bij productoptimalisatie en het optimaal benutten van Axon.

In je dagelijkse werkzaamheden speel je een cruciale rol bij het voorlichten van klanten, nieuwe teamleden en collega’s van andere afdelingen over het gebruik van Axon. Je bent niet bang om diep in de technische documentatie te duiken om ervoor te zorgen dat de implementatie van Axon volledig aansluit bij de eisen en processen van de klant.

Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met functionele en technische architecten om verzekeringsproducten en -processen te ontwerpen die in lijn zijn met de architectuur-, kwaliteits- en beveiligingsrichtlijnen. Je zorgt voor heldere en begrijpelijke ontwerpspecificaties, zodat het team van software engineers deze op een efficiënte en kwalitatieve manier kan implementeren. Ook begeleid en coach je Junior en Medior consultants binnen het team, waarbij je jouw expertise en ervaringen met hen deelt.

Je maakt deel uit van een cross-functioneel team van projectmanagers, consultants en software engineers. Ons hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in Utrecht. Requirements

  • Je hebt een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in IT (bèta) en minstens 5 jaar relevante werkervaring;
  • Je analyseert complexe vraagstukken en denkt in oplossingen die klanten verder helpen.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig naar de uitdagingen van klanten, bezoekt hen op locatie en zorgt voor een soepele implementatie.
  • Je deelt je ideeën en visie binnen de organisatie en denkt kritisch mee;
  • Je beheerst zowel Nederlands als Engels vloeiend, in woord en geschrift.
