We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager – AI Delivery to lead complex enterprise technology implementations, with a strong focus on AI-powered chatbots, voicebots, Large Language Models (LLMs), conversational AI, and intelligent automation.

The ideal candidate will combine strong project management expertise with technical understanding, customer leadership, and the ability to deliver large-scale AI and SaaS programs. You will be responsible for translating business objectives into actionable delivery plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and ensuring implementations achieve measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise AI and SaaS implementation programs, from project initiation and planning to deployment and post-launch support.
  • Manage enterprise implementations involving LLM-powered chatbots, voicebots, conversational AI, and intelligent automation solutions.
  • Translate customer requirements and business objectives into structured project plans, delivery roadmaps, milestones, and execution strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders, including CXOs and business leaders.
  • Conduct weekly business reviews (WBRs), monthly business reviews (MBRs), executive reviews, and project governance meetings.
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, AI, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Define project scope, timelines, resource requirements, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
  • Drive Agile execution through sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and regular progress reviews.
  • Track project progress using tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar project management platforms.
  • Identify delivery risks, resolve execution bottlenecks, manage escalations, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure solutions meet agreed quality, performance, security, and business requirements before go-live.
  • Monitor adoption, automation outcomes, operational efficiency, and customer experience improvements after implementation.
  • Manage multiple enterprise programs simultaneously while maintaining visibility into timelines, risks, budgets, and outcomes.
  • Mentor project managers and delivery teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a strong execution culture.
  • Continuously improve delivery frameworks, governance practices, documentation, and implementation processes.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 8+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, SaaS implementation, or enterprise technology delivery, including at least 3 years in a senior or team-handling role.
  • Proven experience delivering complex, customer-facing enterprise implementations from initiation through go-live.
  • Hands-on exposure to AI/LLM-powered applications, chatbots, voicebots, conversational AI, or intelligent automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS implementation lifecycles, Agile methodologies, project governance, and delivery management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage confidently with CXOs, enterprise customers, and senior decision-makers.
  • Strong expertise in project planning, scope control, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery tracking.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and complex dependencies.
  • Experience mentoring project managers and building high-performing delivery teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and decision-making under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
  • Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent are an advantage.
  • Experience in AI-led customer experience, CRM, conversational AI, automation, consulting, or enterprise SaaS platforms is preferred.
  • A strong ownership mindset with a focus on customer success, delivery excellence, and measurable business impact.
