Η εταιρεία μας, Δημιουργική ΑΕ, μια ολοκληρωμένη μελετητική και κατασκευαστική εταιρεία που συνδυάζει οργάνωση, τεχνογνωσία, καινοτομία και υψηλά πρότυπα ποιότητας, αναζητά Senior Interior Designer για να αναλάβει ενεργό ρόλο στην ανάπτυξη, στον σχεδιασμό και στον συντονισμό νέων έργων.

Αναζητούμε έναν έμπειρο interior designer με αποδεδειγμένη συμμετοχή σε ένα ευρύ φάσμα έργων, από κατοικίες και συγκροτήματα κατοικιών έως τουριστικά καταλύματα και ξενοδοχειακές μονάδες.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

· Ανάπτυξη νέων concept, mood boards, χρωματικών παλετών, προτάσεων υλικών και παρουσιάσεων που ανταποκρίνονται στις απαιτήσεις του πελάτη και στις προδιαγραφές της εταιρείας.

· Διαχείριση όλων των φάσεων της μελέτης εσωτερικών χώρων, concept, προμελέτη, οριστική μελέτη και μελέτη εφαρμογής, με ευθύνη για την ποιότητα των παραδοτέων, την τήρηση των χρονοδιαγραμμάτων και τον έλεγχο του προϋπολογισμού.

· Επιλογή και προδιαγραφή υλικών, επίπλων, φωτιστικών, υφασμάτων και διακοσμητικών στοιχείων, με βάση την αισθητική, τη λειτουργικότητα και το κόστος.

· Επικοινωνία και συντονισμός με συνεργάτες μελετητές, αρχιτέκτονες, πολιτικούς μηχανικούς, μηχανολόγους, graphic designers και προμηθευτές.

· Συνεργασία με το κατασκευαστικό τμήμα κατά την εξέλιξη των έργων για την επίλυση σχεδιαστικών ή τεχνικών ζητημάτων και τη διασφάλιση της εφαρμογής του σχεδιασμού.

· Καθοδήγηση νεότερων interior designers και έλεγχος της ποιότητας της εργασίας ·

Requirements

Πτυχίο Αρχιτεκτονικής Εσωτερικών Χώρων.

· Ελάχιστη εμπειρία 7+ ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση, με αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία τη διαχείριση σύνθετων έργων εσωτερικών χώρων.

· Ισχυρό portfolio που να αποδεικνύει σχεδιαστική ικανότητα, τη γνώση των υλικών και την ικανότητα διαχείρισης έργων από το concept έως την ολοκλήρωση της κατασκευής.

· Άριστη γνώση σχεδιαστικών προγραμμάτων, AutoCAD, SketchUp & V-Ray.

· Ισχυρές οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, ομαδικό πνεύμα, προσήλωση στη λεπτομέρεια και ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων υπό πίεση χρόνου.

· Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας.

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα

· Γνώσεις εκπόνησης μελετών εφαρμογής και κατασκευαστικών λεπτομερειών.

· Ικανότητα χρήσης Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop & InDesign.

· Εμπειρία σε εποπτεία και παρακολούθηση της εφαρμογής του σχεδιασμού.
