  • Review and analyse comments received from the CBI, Euronext and other regulatory bodies and coordinate responses.
  • Liaise directly with issuers, arrangers, trustees, corporate service providers, legal advisers and regulatory authorities throughout the listing process.
  • Prepare and review all supporting documentation required for regulatory submissions and final admission applications.
  • Monitor developments in listing regulations, market practice and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and technical support to junior team members and assist with training and onboarding activities.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal procedures, templates and best practice processes.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and consistently deliver a high standard of service across all transactions.
  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the Listings practice.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and deliver against tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially minded with a client-focused approach.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
