Sie brennen für die Lohnabrechnung? Dann werde Sie Teil unseres Teams! Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen (Senior) Lohnbuchhalter / Payroll Specialist w/m/x in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellung von Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen für Mandanten verschiedener Rechtsformen auf nationaler Ebene
  • Erweiterung und Optimierung von internen finanzwirtschaftlichen Prozessen
  • Sie stehen Ihren Mandanten bei allen lohn-, steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen zur Seite
  • Korrespondenz mit Sozialversicherungsträgern, Krankenkassen und Behörden
  • Erstellung und Auswertung von Reportings
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Payroll-Tools

Ihr Profil

  • Erfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung, idealerweise in der Betreuung unterschiedlicher Mandanten
  • Sie bringen Erfahrung im Umgang mit AGENDA (oder einer ähnlichen Software) und den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen mit
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Sie bringen ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Zahlen und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit, besonders im Umgang mit Kunden
  • Eigenständige, verantwortungsvolle und detailgenaue Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Arbeit im Team
  • Ein hohes Maß an Sorgfalt und Zuverlässigkeit zeichnen Sie aus
  • Sie bringen verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse mit
