Why join us?

Work that genuinely saves lives; You’ll lead the team that builds and deploys the advanced AI enforcement solutions proven to reduce dangerous driver behaviour with technology already operating across Australia, the US, the UK, and New Zealand. The products you ship make roads measurably safer.

End-to-end ownership at serious scale; This role spans engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and project delivery with full operational accountability for Australia. You’ll set the pace across the entire delivery function, not just manage a slice of it.

Shape a fast-growing global technology company; Acusensus has expanded to four countries in under a decade. As a senior leader, you’ll influence product roadmap decisions alongside the VP of Operations and CTO, and help build the team and processes that will sustain the next phase of growth.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
