『moomoo（ムームー）』アプリについて

『moomoo』は、FUTUグループが2018年に米国カリフォルニア州シリコンバレーで開発した個人投資家向け取引アプリです。プロフェッショナルレベルの分析ツール・リアルタイムのマーケット情報・財務データ・高度なチャート機能を、個人投資家でも簡単に使えるように設計されており、ユーザー同士が情報交換できる掲示板・コミュニティ機能も搭載されています。

2023年10月には日本市場向けにカスタマイズされたmoomooアプリを通じて、米国株取引サービス（24時間取引対応）を開始。2025年4月時点では、約7,000銘柄の米国株を取り扱い、そのうち約6,000銘柄以上が24時間取引に対応しています。

さらに、一般社団法人日本マーケティングリサーチ機構による2024年12月期の調査において、moomooは以下の4項目で主要ネット証券大手5社との比較で1位を獲得しています。

【業務内容】

自己主導的かつ経験豊富な B2Bパートナーシップマネージャー を募集しています。本ポジションでは、フィンテック業界における 金融機関、データプロバイダー、メディア、プラットフォーム企業などとの戦略的提携 を通じ、共同プロジェクトや事業連携を推進していただきます。特に、企業間での契約・業務提携・共同マーケティングなど、長期的な協業関係を構築し、ビジネス拡大を支える重要な役割を担っていただきます。

◆ 主な業務内容

・金融機関（証券会社・銀行等）、データ／情報ベンダー、および業界関連企業とのB2Bパートナーシップの企画・開拓・推進

・提携先との 契約締結・実行管理 をリードし、法務・コンプライアンス部門と連携して契約内容を最適化

・協業プロジェクト（共同商品開発、API連携、共同イベント／キャンペーンなど）の企画・実行

・社内のマーケティング、営業、プロダクト、法務、経営層とのクロスファンクショナルな連携による、パートナー戦略の実行および進捗管理

・パートナーシップ成果に関するKPI設定、収益・ROI分析、レポートの作成と改善提案

業界動向・規制変化・新興プレイヤー動向をリサーチし、競合優位性を高めるための提携戦略を提案

Requirements

【必須（MUST）】

1. 金融機関もしくはテック系企業でB2Bビジネス開発、アライアンス、パートナーシップ推進などの実務経験（5年以上）

2. コミュニケーション、交渉、および強力な関係の構築に熟練していること

3. 高速で動的な環境での仕事に優れ、数多くの優先事項を精度と効率で巧みに管理する能力 4. ビジネスレベル中国語もしくは英語力

【歓迎（WANT）】

1. 銀行・証券・データベンダー・金融メディアなどとの業務提携・共同プロジェクトの経験

2. クロスボーダー（海外チームとの）協業・契約交渉の経験

3. プロジェクトマネジメントスキルおよび複数ステークホルダーを巻き込むリーダーシップ

4. B2Bマーケティングや事業開発における収益管理・ROI分析スキル
