  • Manage and support the production of the T2COM Morning Report and Close of Business (COB) Report.
  • Develop and maintain communication metrics, dashboards, and data visualizations that measure organizational effectiveness and audience engagement.
  • Utilize media monitoring and analytics platforms such as Muck Rack, Meltwater, or comparable tools to collect and analyze communication data.
  • Analyze media sentiment and recommend communication strategies that enhance organizational messaging and mitigate reputational risk.
  • Coordinate with Public Affairs, Communications Directorate leadership, subordinate commands, and external stakeholders to ensure messaging alignment.
  • Support senior leader media engagements by developing communication products, executive preparation materials, and strategic recommendations.
  • Prepare and deliver briefings to senior civilian and military leadership, including General Officers.
  • Assist with digital communication initiatives, multimedia campaigns, strategic events, and other high-visibility Communications Directorate projects.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and best practices related to media monitoring and communication analytics.
  • Provide backup support for media engagements, special events, and other Communications Directorate requirements as needed.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
