The posting

Partnerünk számára Senior és Medior Business Analyst kollégákat keresünk egy kiemelt, üzletkritikus Business Central projektre.

A projekt fókuszában egy már bevezetett Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central SaaS rendszer stabilizálása és optimalizálása áll. A Business Analyst feladata az üzleti területek és a delivery/development csapatok közötti kapcsolat biztosítása, az üzleti igények feltárása, specifikálása és a megvalósítás aktív támogatása.

A Business Central / korábbi Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) tapasztalat a pozíció egyik legfontosabb szakmai követelménye.

Feladatok

  • Üzleti igények feltárása, elemzése és strukturálása
  • Workshopok és stakeholder interjúk szervezése és facilitálása
  • Üzleti és funkcionális követelmények dokumentálása
  • Fejlesztési specifikációk elkészítése
  • Üzleti folyamatok és operációs igények elemzése
  • Kapcsolattartás a business területek, Product Lead/Owner, development team és Project Manager között
  • A fejlesztési csapat szakmai támogatása
  • Külső szállítókkal való együttműködés és angol nyelvű kommunikáció
  • User acceptance testing támogatása
  • Tesztesetek készítése és a tesztelés koordinálása
  • Folyamatok dokumentálása és szükség esetén folyamatábrák készítése
  • A dokumentációk folyamatos karbantartása
  • Kockázatok, problémák és esetleges blokkoló tényezők időben történő jelzése

Requirements

  • Legalább 3–5 év releváns Business Analyst tapasztalat Medior, illetve Senior szinten
  • Gyakorlati Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central vagy korábbi Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision ERP tapasztalat
  • Business Central / NAV környezetben szerzett valódi üzleti elemzői vagy funkcionális tapasztalat
  • Magabiztos requirements analysis és documentation tudás
  • Tapasztalat üzleti és IT/delivery csapatok közötti együttműködésben
  • Magabiztos angol nyelvtudás szóban és írásban
  • Professzionális Jira és Confluence használat
  • Xray ismerete
  • Erős stakeholder management és kommunikációs készség
  • Önálló, strukturált és proaktív munkavégzés
  • Jó problémamegoldó és prioritáskezelési készség
  • Erős team player szemlélet

Nice to have

  • Gépjármű-kereskedelmi, autóipari vagy gépjármű-nagykereskedelmi tapasztalat
  • Újautó-értékesítési vagy logisztikai folyamatok ismerete
  • Alkatrészértékesítési vagy alkatrész-logisztikai tapasztalat
  • Finance domain ismeret, különösen Accounting, Controlling vagy Treasury területen
  • Lean Six Sigma tapasztalat
  • Business Process Reengineering / BPR tapasztalat
  • Folyamatmodellezési tapasztalat
  • SaaS rendszerek bevezetésében, stabilizálásában vagy optimalizálásában szerzett tapasztalat
  • Vendor management tapasztalat

Olyan Business Analyst kollégát keresünk, aki nem kizárólag követelményeket dokumentál, hanem érti az üzleti folyamatokat, megfelelő kérdéseket tesz fel, képes önállóan feltárni a problémákat, és hatékonyan összeköti a business és IT oldal szereplőit.

Különösen fontos a proaktív hozzáállás, a jó kommunikáció, a stakeholder management és az együttműködési készség.
