Ο ρόλος

Ως μέλος της ομάδας δικτύων της LANCOM, θα έχεις την ευθύνη για τον σχεδιασμό, την υλοποίηση και την υποστήριξη ασύρματων ζεύξεων και υποδομών IP/MPLS, τόσο στο δίκτυο κορμού όσο και σε δίκτυα πελατών.

Ο ιδανικός υποψήφιος είναι ένας/μία engineer με ισχυρό τεχνικό υπόβαθρο, πρωτοβουλία και αίσθημα ευθύνης (ownership), που επικοινωνεί αποτελεσματικά με τεχνικές ομάδες και πελάτες, διαχειρίζεται άνετα πολλαπλές προτεραιότητες και διατηρεί ψυχραιμία και αποτελεσματικότητα σε incidents και escalations. Η ικανότητα καθοδήγησης junior engineers, καθώς και η συνέπεια στην τεκμηρίωση και στις διαδικασίες change management, αποτελούν σημαντικά προσόντα για τον ρόλο.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες

· Σχεδιασμός, εγκατάσταση και συντήρηση ασύρματων PtP/PtMP ζεύξεων (Ubiquiti, Cambium, SIAE, MikroTik), συμπεριλαμβανομένων link budget, path profile, spectrum analysis και alignment.

· Υλοποίηση και υποστήριξη routing & switching σε περιβάλλον παρόχου: BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPLS/L2VPN, VRF, QoS και IPv4/IPv6.

· Παραδόσεις και έλεγχοι αποδοχής κυκλωμάτων πελατών, με μετρήσεις απόδοσης και RFC 2544.

· Διαχείριση firewalling και βασικών πολιτικών ασφάλειας (FortiGate), καθώς και hardening, vulnerability management και firmware upgrades.

· 2nd/3rd level troubleshooting, root cause analysis και σύνταξη RFOs, με παράλληλη παρακολούθηση του δικτύου και ανταπόκριση σε alerts.

· Τεχνική τεκμηρίωση (IPAM, network diagrams, as-built, ticketing) και τήρηση διαδικασιών αλλαγών.

· Αυτοψίες και τεχνικές αξιολογήσεις σε εγκαταστάσεις πελατών, καθώς και σχεδιασμός προτεινόμενων λύσεων.

· Συντονισμός field engineers και έλεγχος ποιότητας παραδοτέων.

· Υποστήριξη pre-sales με τεχνικές λύσεις, BoM και εκτίμηση χρόνου/πόρων.

· Συμμετοχή στο πρόγραμμα on-call (κυκλική εφημερία 1 εβδομάδα ανά 4, σε συνεργασία με την υπόλοιπη ομάδα μηχανικών).

Απαιτούμενα προσόντα

· 4–5+ έτη εμπειρίας σε περιβάλλον ISP, WISP, παρόχου ή integrator.

· Προχωρημένη γνώση MikroTik RouterOS (BGP, OSPF, MPLS/VPLS, VRF, firewall, queues).

· Εμπειρία σε Cisco IOS/IOS-XE/IOS-XR, με έμφαση σε L2/L3 networking, OSPF, BGP και redistribution.

· Πρακτική εμπειρία σε outdoor wireless links με τουλάχιστον δύο από Ubiquiti, Cambium, SIAE ή MikroTik.

· Ισχυρές δεξιότητες troubleshooting και network diagnostics (packet captures, traceroute/MTR, logs).

· Άδεια οδήγησης κατηγορίας Β και δυνατότητα μετακινήσεων εντός Ελλάδας.

· Καλή γνώση αγγλικών.

· Δυνατότητα εργασίας σε ύψος, με αυστηρή τήρηση των κανόνων ασφαλείας.

Επιθυμητά προσόντα

· Controller-based Wi-Fi (Cisco WLC, UniFi, Aruba).

· FortiGate (policies, IPSec/SSL VPN, routing).

· Βασικές γνώσεις Linux και virtualization (VMware/Proxmox).

· Εμπειρία σε datacenter/colocation περιβάλλον.

· Σχετικές πιστοποιήσεις Cisco, MikroTik, Fortinet, Cambium ή Ubiquiti.
