業務内容

本ポジションは定常の業務を担うだけでなく、ゼロからイチを生み出したり、これまでの正解を疑い、現状を変えることにチャレンジするプロジェクトや企画業務もリードしていただきます。メルカリのパフォーマンスを世界基準へアップデートしていくダイナミズムを味わえるだけでなく、自らそれに向かってリードできるポジションです。具体的な業務は以下の通りです。

給与・労務オペレーション全体管理

  • 給与計算（住民税・年末調整含む）
  • 勤怠管理
  • 各種社会保険手続き
  • 社員の入退社・休職手続き
  • 海外グループ会社への転籍・出向管理
  • 外国籍社員のビザ管理・更新サポート
  • ※上記実務はベンダー・社労士・BPOが担当。社内ではスケジュール管理・データ精査・最終確認・品質担保を行い、複雑なケースや社内判断が必要な事項はベンダー・社労士と連携して対応します。

福利厚生制度の企画・運用

  • mercibox等の制度設計・改善を主導します。

プロジェクト推進

  • 外部出向対応・新拠点立ち上げ対応
  • 法改正に伴う社内制度・給与運用のアップデート
  • ベンダー・BPO体制の見直し・改善
  • その他、事業フェーズに応じて発生する労務関連プロジェクトのリード

  • メルカリグループの給与計算を中心とした人事労務オペレーションを、正確性と再現性の高い形で運用し続けることに加え、出向・拠点立ち上げ・法改正対応・など、事業フェーズに応じて発生する多様なテーマをプロジェクトとして推進することができます。
  • 「決められた運用を回す」だけではなく、あるべき姿から逆算して、仕組み・体制・プロセスをアップデートし続ける経験ができます。
  • Payroll領域で、守り（正確な運用）と攻め（変革・改善）を両立したい方にフィットするポジションです。
  • 変化の激しい市場や会社環境のなかで、制度やオペレーションをアップデートし、強い組織の基盤をつくっていくダイナミズムを当事者として味わうことができます。

応募要件

  • 求める経験・スキル
  • メルカリ・メルペイのミッション・バリューへの理解・共感
  • 1,000名以上の組織における給与計算の実務経験3年以上（外部ベンダー・BPO活用経験を含む）
  • 1,000名以上の組織における労務業務の実務経験（社会保険手続き・入退社・休職対応など）
  • 労働法・社内規程・人事制度に関する実務知識
  • 給与・労務オペレーションの課題を特定し、体制・プロセス改善をリードした経験
  • 正確かつ確実なオペレーション管理への高い意識
  • 英語に対する抵抗感がないこと
  • 歓迎する経験・スキル
  • 急成長環境や変化の激しい環境で、柔軟に業務プロセスをキャッチアップ・改善してきた経験
  • Payrollベンダーリプレイスや導入の経験
  • Payrollベンダー・BPOマネジメントの経験、品質管理やKPI設計に関与した経験
  • 海外・国内転籍/出向実務の経験
  • 衛生管理者や社労士の資格
  • 語学力
  • 日本語：Proficient (CEFR - C1)
  • 英語：Independent (CEFR - B2) 歓迎
