What You Will Do Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle process — onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding — ensuring accuracy and consistency at every stage.
  • Continuously streamline lifecycle workflows to improve turnaround time and employee experience.

2. HR Systems & Data Management

  • Serve as the senior owner of the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity, automation, and system optimization.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give leadership real-time visibility into workforce data.

3. Policies, Processes & Compliance

  • Lead the design, documentation, and rollout of People Operations policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor law and internal policies across all HR operational processes.

4. Payroll, Benefits & Insurance Administration

  • Oversee payroll input accuracy in coordination with Finance, and manage benefits and insurance administration end-to-end.
  • Manage relationships with insurance providers, handling medical claims, approvals, and reimbursement processes.

5. Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready employee records and documentation in line with legal and company standards.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to contracts, policies, and operational HR matters.

6. Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Identify inefficiencies in People Operations workflows and lead initiatives to automate and improve them.
  • Deliver regular operational reports and metrics (headcount, turnover, lifecycle SLAs) to senior leadership.

7. Team Leadership

  • Mentor and guide People Operations coordinators/specialists, ensuring high-quality execution across the function.

Requirements

What Are We Looking For ❓

  • 5+ years of experience in People/HR Operations, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity — People Operations background required
  • Strong hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, payroll coordination, and benefits/insurance administration
  • Solid knowledge of labor law and HR operational compliance
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build reports and dashboards
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
