About the Role

Our client is an international technology company operating at the intersection of semiconductors, embedded security, cryptography, and connected systems. Its products help protect critical digital infrastructure and connected devices against evolving cybersecurity threats.

We are looking for a senior technical product management professional to own the strategy and commercialization of advanced hardware-security products. The role combines product lifecycle ownership, market positioning, roadmap definition, security standards, GTM strategy, and P&L responsibility, with close collaboration across engineering, sales, customers, and industry bodies.

CONTRACT: Permanent, full-time

LOCATIONS: On-site, Southern France

PROCESS: Initial qualification followed by client interviews

NOTES: Fluent professional English is required; French is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design test cases covering functional, regression, and edge-case scenarios.
  • Execute manual and automated tests and document reproducible results.
  • Identify, log, classify, and track software defects.
  • Evaluate technical outputs against defined quality criteria and rubrics.
  • Provide detailed written feedback and annotations on identified issues.
  • Validate fixes and confirm expected system behavior.
  • Document testing steps, findings, and evidence clearly.
  • Collaborate with project teams to improve testing and evaluation guidelines.
  • Maintain consistent quality standards across high-volume review tasks.

Requirements

  • More than 10 years of product lifecycle or technical product management experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience with physical hardware products in cybersecurity, enterprise computing, networking, semiconductors, or a closely related field.
  • Strong knowledge of embedded security architectures, hardware trust anchors, cryptography, and secure hardware modules.
  • Experience with hardware-security certification or evaluation processes.
  • Familiarity with standards such as FIPS, Common Criteria, and TCG specifications.
  • Experience integrating security capabilities across firmware, operating systems, attestation, or platform-integrity layers.
  • Proven experience owning product roadmaps, business cases, GTM strategy, or P&L.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
