About the Team

次世代ビジネス Divisionは、既存のSmartNewsアプリとは別に、AI時代だからこそ可能となる、次の成長の柱となる新規事業・新規アプリをゼロから立ち上げる部門です。弊社ミッション「世界中の良質な情報を必要な人に送り届ける」を、従来とは異なる方法・領域の事業を通じて実現することを目的としています。第一弾として2026年8月にローンチした「Wanderland」（行きたい場所を発見できる地図アプリ）はその一例であり、その他にも新たな事業展開を予定しています。

About the Role

本ロールでは、次世代ビジネスDivision内のプロダクト領域を、コンセプト・戦略の策定からローンチ・改善、その後の効果測定までエンドツーエンドでオーナーとして担っていただきます。「何を作るか」「なぜそれが重要か」「成功をどう判断するか」を決める役割です。

次世代ビジネスDivisionは立ち上げフェーズであり、Wanderlandのような新規事業もまだ定義され続けています。ロードマップは与えられるものではありません。プロダクト体験全体を主導し、素早く仮説を持ち、根拠をもって主張し、データがそれを誤りだと示せば同じ速さで方向転換することを期待します。コンセプト、プロトタイプ、テスト、フルリリース、改善というプロダクトライフサイクル全体を推進し、優先順位付け・方向転換・中止を含む難しい意思決定を行い、エンジニア・デザイナー・事業サイドのパートナーを含む部門横断チームをリード・モチベートしながらプロダクトを届けていただきます。

  • プロダクト領域のオーナーシップ：担当事業(Wanderlandのような新規事業)のロードマップとKPIを定義し、ユーザー価値と事業インパクトの観点から優先順位を決め、成果に責任を持つ
  • ディスカバリー／定義：機会がどこにあるかを見極めるユーザーリサーチ・市場分析。それをスペック、ユーザーストーリー、優先順位付きバックログに落とし込む
  • 開発推進：エンジニア・デザイナーと日常的に協働し、コンセプト・プロトタイプ・テスト・フルリリース・改善というプロダクトライフサイクル全体でスプリント計画から実装・改善までをリード
  • 品質と信頼性：プロダクトの中核体験における「良さ」の定義（正確性、使いやすさ、安全性、信頼性）と、それを担保する計測の設計
  • データに基づく意思決定：エンゲージメント・リテンション指標のモニタリング、実験の実施、その結果に基づく中止・変更・投資判断（判断理由の文書化を含む）
  • 部門横断の合意形成：BD・Salesおよび他部門と連携し、技術的に可能なだけでなく事業面でも成立するものをリリースする

Requirements

応募要件（必須）

  • 経験：プロダクトマネジメント5年以上。コンシューマー向けプロダクト領域を定義からローンチ・改善までオーナーとして担った実績。日本市場の知見があると尚可
  • 分析力：指標の定義、実験設計、データツールを用いた分析に熟達していること。結論を装飾するためではなく、結論に至るために数字を使える方
  • AIリテラシー：日常的に生成AIツールを活用し、自身のリサーチ・優先順位付け・実行のスピードを上げられること。同時に現時点での限界を理解し、出力を鵜呑みにせず自ら検証できること
  • 技術的素養：トレードオフ・制約・開発工程についてエンジニアと対等に議論できることコミュニケーション：日本語・英語双方での高い文書／口頭コミュニケーション能力

歓迎する経験・スキル

  • AI/LLMベース機能の本番リリース経験（プロンプト設計・評価設計を含む）
  • 消費者向けマーケットプレイス、ローカルコマース、またはコンテンツプラットフォームでの経験
  • 新規プロダクト・事業をゼロから立ち上げた0→1経験
