所属所定チームについて

スマートニュースは「世界中の良質な情報を必要な人に送り届ける」というミッションのもと、ユーザー理解を基盤にしたマーケティング・プロダクト開発を推進しています。JP Product Marketing Management（PMM）チームは、プロダクト部門（PdM・エンジニアリング等）とビジネス部門の架け橋となり、SmartNewsアプリのユーザー体験の価値を最大化し、ユーザー拡大とエンゲージメント強化を通じてSmartNewsの持続的なグロースを推進することをミッションとしています。

ユーザー視点を起点としたプロダクト価値の定義、Go-To-Market戦略の立案・実行、新規ユーザー獲得（インストール・アクティベーション）およびエンゲージメント（利用頻度・継続率）向上に向けた運用・改善オペレーションを通じて、事業目標の達成と持続的なプロダクトグロースを牽引します。

ポジション概要

SmartNewsアプリのユーザー拡大・エンゲージメント強化を目的とした重要プロジェクトにおいて、新規機能の立ち上げから既存機能の改善・運用まで、プロジェクトオーナーとして事業インパクトを創出することをミッションとします。

高い専門性を発揮してユーザー獲得・エンゲージメント向上のためのGTM戦略を策定・推進すると同時に、クロスファンクショナルなステークホルダーとの強固な連携を構築し、会社レベルの戦略目標達成に直接貢献します。

  • インターネットサービス/プロダクトを深いレベルで理解し、プロダクト側の観点から事業成長に貢献するビジネス設計・マネタイズモデルの企画およびプロジェクト策定・実行を行う。
  • 新規プロダクト・機能の価値提案、ポジショニング、ターゲット設定を行い、事業・プロジェクトレベルでのGo-To-Market (GTM) 戦略および年間計画を推進する。
  • PdM、エンジニア、データサイエンティスト、デザイナー、マーケティング、Bizdev、メディア/広告事業など多岐にわたる部門のステークホルダーを巻き込み、クロスファンクショナルなプロジェクトを統合的にリードする。
  • 定量分析（SQL/ダッシュボード等）および定性調査（顧客・パートナーインサイト）を活用し、プロダクト改善・マーケティング施策の最適化を牽引する。
  • 新規ユーザー獲得、オンボーディング、ユーザー接点（プッシュ通知等）の最適化を通じて、アプリのユーザー拡大とエンゲージメント向上を実現する。

Requirements

応募要件

  • インターネットサービスやアプリにおけるプロダクト開発または運用への関与・理解経験 2年以上
  • 事業開発あるいはマーケティング領域における実務経験 3年以上
  • 複数部門（エンジニア・PdM・ビジネス・マーケ等）を巻き込んだクロスファンクショナルなプロジェクトマネジメント経験 3年以上
  • プロダクトViewを持ちながら、事業・ビジネス設計およびマネタイズ構造をロジカルに組み立てられる能力（営業・Bizdevの枠を超え、プロダクトと連携したビジネスを企画・設計できること）。
  • ネイティブレベルの日本語力、読み書きレベルの英語力

歓迎要件

  • スタートアップまたは急成長企業でのプロデューサー・PMM・グロースリード経験
  • BrazeなどのCRMツールを活用したエンゲージメント施策の企画・実行経験
  • SQL、Python、Rなどを用いた定量データ分析能力
  • 新規チームの立ち上げ、組織デザイン、またはピープルマネジメントの経験
