Στα πλαίσια δυναμικής ανάπτυξης της εταιρείας μας, αναζητούμε για τα γραφεία μας στην Αθήνα Senior Product & Vendor Relations Manager

Ο ρόλος έχει την ευθύνη για τις εμπορικές σχέσεις με τους κατασκευαστικούς οίκους και των δύο δραστηριοτήτων του ομίλου και επιβλέπει την λειτουργία της ομάδας Product διασφαλίζοντας την επίτευξη του επιχειρηματικού πλάνου της εταιρείας

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες

Εμπορικές Συμφωνίες & Rebates

  • Διαπραγματεύεται και συνάπτει τις εμπορικές συμφωνίες με τους κατασκευαστικούς οίκους και για τα δυο Business Units
  • Διασφαλίζει το ετήσιο πλάνο κατηγοριών και παρακολουθεί την πορεία επίτευξης των rebate targets

Ανάπτυξη Νέων Συνεργασιών

  • Εντοπίζει, αξιολογεί νέους κατασκευαστικούς οίκους για αμφότερες τις δραστηριότητες και συντονίζει το onboarding πλάνο
  • Εισηγείται στην ανώτατη διοίκηση την έναρξη ή τη λήξη συνεργασιών

Επίβλεψη Λειτουργίας & Ηγεσία Ομάδας

  • Καθοδηγεί, συντονίζει, αξιολογεί και αναπτύσσει την ομάδα του Product Management, θέτοντας προτεραιότητες και στόχους
  • Εγκρίνει το ενοποιημένο forecast αγορών και τον χαρακτηρισμό κωδικών

Υποστήριξη Business Units & Εκπαίδευση

  • Διαχειρίζεται το εμπορικό σκέλος των αιτημάτων και αποτελεί το σημείο επαφής με τους κατασκευαστικούς οίκους που εξυπηρετούν ξεχωριστά τα Business Units
  • Έχει την ευθύνη του εκπαιδευτικού προγράμματος που αφορά το Product
  • Αναλαμβάνει την οργάνωση και εκτέλεση των εκπαιδεύσεων από τους συνεργαζόμενους οίκους

Requirements

Γνώσεις & Προϋπηρεσία (Απαραίτητα)

  • Πτυχίο σε Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Marketing, Οικονομικά ή σχετικό αντικείμενο
  • 5–7+ έτη σε εμπορικό ρόλο με ευθύνη διαπραγμάτευσης και διαχείρισης σχέσεων με κατασκευαστές ή προμηθευτές όσο και σε θέση ηγεσίας ομάδας
  • Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία σε εμπορικές συμφωνίες και σχήματα rebate
  • Γνώση ή κατανόηση τεχνολογιών συστημάτων ασφαλείας ή και προϊόντων τεχνολογίας
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση ERP και MS Office
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας

  • Εμπορική και οικονομική αντίληψη και ικανότητα λήψης αποφάσεων και ανάληψης ευθύνης
  • Οργανωτικότητα, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και ικανότητα διαχείρισης διαφορετικών προτεραιοτήτων
  • Ικανότητα ηγεσίας και καθοδήγησης ομάδας
