  • Senior Sales Account & Business Developer

per conto di una prestigiosa realtà d’eccellenza del Lusso Tessile Made in Italy, icona di stile e artigianalità, nonché rinomata a livello internazionale per l’uso esclusivo di fibre naturali e per un approccio "atelier".

Descrizione del ruolo

La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno di un team, a riporto di un* Responsabile e avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

  • Business Development: Identificazione e sviluppo di nuove opportunità di business, con particolare attenzione all'area Nord America.
  • Account Management: Gestione e fidelizzazione del portafoglio clienti esistente, garantendo un servizio d'eccellenza in linea con il posizionamento del brand.
  • Strategic Networking: Consolidamento dei rapporti con i principali prescrittori (Architetti, Interior Designers, Developer) sul territorio internazionale.
  • Analisi di Mercato: Monitoraggio dei trend del settore Luxury Home Decor per l'implementazione di strategie di vendita mirate.
  • Reporting: Monitoraggio delle performance di vendita e raggiungimento dei KPI definiti con la Direzione.

Requirements

Requisiti ricercati:

Il/la candidato/a ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti:

  • Consolidata esperienza commerciale di almeno 5 anni maturata nel settore Tessile d'Arredamento o nel comparto Arredo/Design di lusso.
  • Lingue: Buona padronanza della lingua Inglese (indispensabile per la gestione dei mercati esteri);
  • Spiccate doti comunicative, orientamento ai risultati, capacità di negoziazione e visione strategica.
  • Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte internazionali per la copertura del territorio e la partecipazione a fiere di settore.

Sede di lavoro:

  • Provincia di Novara (NO).
