Close cooperation with Delivery, IT and Product teams is assumed.
  • Enter customers and project information into CRM, manage templates and document repositories.
  • Deliver sales presentations with a keen awareness and deep understanding of the audience’s desired outcomes and pain points and how the Power Factors’ offering addresses them.
  • Represent Power Factors at industry events and trade shows.
  • Schedule and host project hand-off meetings with internal teams responsible for scope execution, including Engineering and Customer Success teams.
  • Quickly jump into complex problems and navigate competing priorities to drive solutions, using a combination of interpersonal and technical skillsets.
  • Contribute to company process improvement and documentation.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
