En DaCodes estamos buscando un(a) Senior Salesforce Developer para integrarse a un proyecto enterprise del sector financiero enfocado en evolución, optimización y modernización de una plataforma Salesforce altamente customizada.

Buscamos una persona altamente hands-on, con gusto por el desarrollo técnico, resolución de problemas complejos y capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma en un entorno dinámico con múltiples requerimientos simultáneos.

Esta posición tendrá un rol clave participando en:

  • mantenimiento evolutivo
  • reingeniería de procesos
  • modernización técnica
  • mejora de automatizaciones
  • integraciones
  • optimización de arquitectura Salesforce
  • implementación de mejores prácticas

Valoramos especialmente perfiles con ownership, pensamiento analítico, proactividad y experiencia aportando mejoras técnicas dentro de ecosistemas Salesforce complejos.

Responsabilidades

  • Analizar requerimientos funcionales y técnicos.
  • Diseñar y desarrollar soluciones sobre Salesforce Platform.
  • Participar en mantenimiento, refactorización y mejora de funcionalidades existentes.
  • Corregir y optimizar procesos, automatizaciones y componentes heredados.
  • Implementar integraciones entre Salesforce y sistemas externos mediante APIs.
  • Participar en iniciativas de modernización técnica y mejora continua.
  • Optimizar automatizaciones utilizando herramientas modernas de Salesforce como Flows.
  • Investigar, diagnosticar y resolver issues técnicos/productivos.
  • Realizar pruebas técnicas y funcionales.
  • Participar en despliegues y liberaciones a producción.
  • Documentar cambios y seguir procesos internos de auditoría y control.
  • Colaborar activamente con equipos funcionales y técnicos.
  • Proponer mejoras técnicas, nuevas prácticas y oportunidades de optimización dentro de la plataforma.

Requirements

Requisitos Técnicos

Must Have

  • 6 años de experiencia trabajando con Salesforce Development.
  • Experiencia sólida desarrollando con:
  • Apex
  • Lightning Components / LWC
  • SOQL/SOSL
  • Triggers
  • APIs REST/SOAP
  • Integraciones Salesforce
  • Experiencia trabajando sobre plataformas Salesforce altamente customizadas.
  • Experiencia en mantenimiento evolutivo y mejora de soluciones existentes.
  • Experiencia corrigiendo, optimizando o refactorizando código heredado.
  • Experiencia trabajando con Flows y automatizaciones modernas de Salesforce.
  • Conocimiento de buenas prácticas de desarrollo Salesforce.
  • Experiencia participando en deployments y liberaciones.
  • Conocimiento de Git/GitHub o herramientas de control de versiones.
  • Capacidad de análisis técnico y resolución de problemas.
  • Inglés técnico para documentación y trabajo técnico.

Nice to Have

  • Certificaciones Salesforce activas.
  • Experiencia previa con Service Cloud
  • Experiencia modernizando orgs Salesforce legacy.
  • Experiencia con CI/CD.
  • Experiencia migrando lógica de Apex/Jobs hacia Flows.
  • Conocimiento de arquitectura Salesforce enterprise.
  • Experiencia trabajando en entornos regulados o financieros.
  • Experiencia trabajando bajo procesos auditables o compliance.
  • Inglés técnico para documentación y lectura técnica
