Estamos en búsqueda de un Scrum Master Senior para acompañar a un squad de Producto y Tecnología, asegurando una ejecución disciplinada del delivery, la fluidez del flujo de valor y la mejora continua, alineado al modelo operativo y de gobierno ágil de Deuna.

Este es un rol altamente operativo y hands-on, enfocado en garantizar que la dinámica diaria del equipo funcione de manera eficiente. No se trata de un rol de transformación organizacional ni de formación en agilidad; buscamos una persona con autonomía, experiencia comprobada y capacidad de generar impacto desde el primer mes.

La persona ideal cuenta con experiencia acompañando equipos de desarrollo de software en entornos fintech, especialmente en productos digitales con despliegues continuos de aplicaciones móviles en Android e iOS. Debe sentirse cómoda trabajando en entornos de alta exigencia, con múltiples stakeholders, dependencias y objetivos de negocio cambiantes.

Responsabilidades

  • Facilitar las ceremonias ágiles clave: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews y Retrospectivas.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de la Definition of Ready (DoR), Definition of Done (DoD) y los acuerdos de trabajo establecidos por el equipo.
  • Identificar, gestionar y dar seguimiento a impedimentos, riesgos y dependencias que puedan afectar la entrega de valor.
  • Acompañar al equipo en la gestión del flujo de trabajo, ayudando a evitar bloqueos, sobrecarga y cuellos de botella.
  • Promover la transparencia, el foco en la entrega de valor y una cultura de mejora continua.
  • Asegurar la correcta gestión y trazabilidad en Jira, incluyendo historias de usuario, tareas, estados de flujo y métricas ágiles.
  • Gestionar matrices de riesgo asociadas a iniciativas de negocio priorizadas.
  • Coordinar y facilitar la colaboración entre Producto, Tecnología y áreas de negocio para asegurar una ejecución alineada.
  • Monitorear métricas ágiles para mejorar la predictibilidad, eficiencia y capacidad de entrega del equipo.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento del marco de trabajo, procesos y gobierno ágil definidos por la organización.

Requirements

  • Residencia en Quito, Ecuador.
  • Más de 5 años de experiencia sólida y comprobable como Scrum Master o en roles de Agile Delivery.
  • Experiencia real facilitando equipos de desarrollo de software dentro de entornos fintech.
  • Experiencia trabajando con despliegues continuos y ciclos frecuentes de lanzamiento de aplicaciones móviles Android y iOS.
  • Dominio práctico de marcos y metodologías ágiles como Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS y gestión por OKRs.
  • Experiencia avanzada utilizando Jira para la gestión de backlogs, seguimiento del flujo de trabajo, trazabilidad y métricas ágiles.
  • Capacidad demostrada para operar bajo presión, gestionando múltiples stakeholders, dependencias y prioridades simultáneas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de facilitación, comunicación, gestión de conflictos e influencia.
  • Alto nivel de autonomía y capacidad para integrarse rápidamente al equipo, aportando valor desde el inicio.
