業務内容 国内外の株式、信用取引、投資信託等に関するオペレーション業務全般（約定から決済まで）の遂行および管理 顧客ポジションのモニタリング、強制決済、取次先への発注等、日次オペレーションの実施 決済業務におけるリスクの監視、異常検知およびエスカレーション対応 株式配当、株式分割、権利処理等のコーポレートアクション業務および関連するリスク管理 オペレーションシステム間のデータ照合・整合性確認および各種モニタリング 業務プロセスの改善、自動化およびシステム改善プロジェクトへの参画 海外拠点・社内関連部署と連携し、安定したオペレーション体制の構築・運営

Requirements

必須（MUST）

・証券会社におけるオペレーション業務経験（目安3年以上）

・国内株式を中心とした証券取引における約定・清算

・決済までの一連の業務フローを理解している方

・信用取引、コーポレートアクション等の証券バックオフィス業務経験

・オペレーションリスクに対する高い意識を持ち、異常検知、原因分析、再発防止策の立案・実行ができる方 ・海外拠点とのメール・会議対応が可能なビジネスレベルの英語力

歓迎（WANT）

・生成Aを活用した業務効率化・情報整理・ドキュメント作成の経験

・Python等を活用したデータ分析・業務改善経験 ・業務改善（BPR）やシステム導入

・UAT・要件定義等のプロジェクト経験

・証券会社における新商品・新サービスの立ち上げ支援経験

・変化の速い環境において主体的に課題を発見し、周囲を巻き込みながら改善を推進できる方
